Mark is currently completing his Elite Diplôme de Cuisine at the Culinary Institute LeNôtre in Houston, Texas.
I shoot all of my photos in my home studio using:
Camera: Nikon Z7ii,
Lenses: Nikkor Z 50mm, Nikkor 24-70mm and Nikkor 105mm macro lenses.
Lights: Strobe, speedlight and continuous light
Post Production: Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.
Until recently, both Mark and I had other professions and careers that took up the majority of our time, so the work we did for the blog was primarily a passion project that allowed us to make some money on the side. Call it our side hustle if you will! But as of June 2021, I left my other job to focus solely on the blog, food photography and content creation for brands.
