  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz diced pimentos (drained)
  • 1 large serrano pepper – seeded and diced very small
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (or more to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch black pepper
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
