Instructions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
Cut cauliflower heads into individual florets and spread out evenly on baking tray.
Drizzle olive oil over florets and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle cajun seasoning evenly over florets.
Sprinkle chopped shallot over florets.
Roast for 15-18 min on center rack.
Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish. Add chopped parsley on top and serve!
