Watermelon Elderflower Margaritas

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Watermelon puree/juice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 5 oz white tequila
  • ¾ oz elderflower liqueur (we use St-Germain)
  • 1 oz orange liqueur (we use Grand Marnier)
  • 4 -5 cups of ice

Garnish

  • Juice of ½ Lime to salt rim, salt/chile rim, lime wheels, watermelon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and thick. If you need to, add ice to make it thicker. Using the garnish lime juice, wet the rim of your glass and dip it into a plate of kosher salt, Tajin, or Trechas (or any chile powder/salt you like).
