Prepare the Peaches
If using frozen peaches, skip this step. If using fresh peaches, peel and slice peaches. Place in a sealed bag or container and freeze overnight.

Chill the Ingredients
The day you plan to make these, mix the elderflower liqueur, brandy, lemon juice and honey together. Place in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes. Make sure the rosé is also refrigerated.
4.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur , 2.5 oz Brandy, 3 lemons, ¼ cup honey, 1 bottle Rosé wine
Make the Frosé
Add all ingredients, including the chilled rosé and brandy mixture, to a blender and blend until desired consistency. Add ice cubes for a thicker consistency if it is too runny. Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh mint and peaches. Enjoy!

Substitutions:
Peaches: Many fruits will work in place of peaches - plums, apricots, and nectarines are three that work beautifully in this recipe.
Storage:How to store Frosé: Store the pitcher of Frosé in the freezer if you aren't serving it all at once. If it needs to be held for a long period of time, simply freeze it in a container and it can be popped out into a blender when ready to enjoy.Can you make Frosé in advance and freeze? You can, it will need to be blended again and the consistency may have to be adjusted with extra ice.
