Our Current Favorite Pasta Dishes for Spring and Summer

We are always looking for new pasta dishes to enjoy! If you are anything like us, you have an ongoing list of recipes you want to try! Well, look no further! Here is a list of our current favorite pasta dishes that are perfect to enjoy during the spring and summer months by some of our favorite food bloggers and a few of our own!

    1. Spring Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino

This is a quick and tasty pasta dish that is ready in 15 minutes! What more can you ask for? It is quite simply spaghetti with garlic (aglio), olive oil (olio), and crushed red pepper flakes (peperoncino). We added blistered tomatoes and sunflower seeds and greens to give it a little something extra!

Yes, this super interesting combo is as good as it looks in the photo! It's amazing how good lavender is in this dish, and once you try it, this recipe by Leisure Fan Club will quickly become your new favorite mac and cheese for spring!

    5. Seared Scallop Pasta with Vanilla Grapefruit Cream Sauce

Honestly, I would drink this sauce, so adding fresh homemade pasta and perfectly seared scallops in the mix just takes this into a dream world! But you can also make it with store-bought pasta if you want this to come together a bit quicker!
