Featuring Cafe Agave Spiked Cold Brew

What's better than coffee or alcohol? Well, coffee WITH alcohol, of course! We sure are coffee lovers and if you have been around here for a while, you know how much we love creating and enjoying a variety of cocktails too. So, when Cafe Agave introduced us to their Spiked Cold Brew coffee drinks, which conveniently come in a can, we could not say no to this opportunity to share these amazing spiked coffee drinks with you! We loved these spiked coffees so much, that we even created a delicious new Holiday cocktail using the Salted Caramel Cafe Agave flavor. We introduce to you the Salted Caramel Peppermint Patty Cocktail!

What is in the Salted Caramel Peppermint Patty Cocktail?

This Salted Caramel Peppermint Patty is perfect for winter and the holiday season, but honestly, we would drink this year around! For this cocktail, we used the Salted Caramel Spiked Cold Brew and mixed it with peppermint and chocolate liqueur to create a tasty festive treat!

How to make the Salted Caramel Peppermint Patty?

This drink is quite easy to make, and doesn't require any special bar tools. We simply add one can of Cafe Agave Salted Caramel to a glass filled with ice, along with peppermint liqueur and chocolate liqueur. Then if you are feeling a bit fancy, you can add whipped cream and a candy cane, or some crushed peppermint candies on top! And there you have it!

You can easily find peppermint liqueur (for example, Peppermint Schnapps) and chocolate liqueur at most stores where liquor is sold.

What is Cafe Agave Spiked Coffee?

Cafe Agave Spiked Coffee is a smooth blend of coffee and alcohol. The coffee is cold-brewed, giving it a less-acidic taste than most coffee drinks. Having an alcohol content of 12.5% is a perfect balance and is equal to drinking a glass of wine. They currently come in four flavors - Espresso Shot, Cafe Mocha, Vanilla Cinnamon, and Salted Caramel.

These spiked cold brew coffee drinks can be enjoyed by themselves or mixed into cocktails, making them perfect for any coffee lover! We enjoy all the flavors, but chose Salted Caramel for this recipe for the Peppermint Patty. Check out more recipes using Cafe Agave Spiked Cold Brew drinks HERE.

Where can I find Cafe Agave Spiked Coffee?

It should be quite easy to find Cafe Agave products at a variety of stores. The best way is simply go to their website for a list of locations - find it HERE.

Additionally, there are options to purchase these directly from the Cafe Agave site HERE.

    Enjoy!

We hope you enjoy this Salted Caramel Peppermint Patty cocktail and add it to your list of favorite Holiday drinks! If you give this a try, leave us a comment below, or tag us on Instagram @cooking_with_wine and @cafeagave!
