    2. Italian Herb Grilled Chicken Thighs with Lemon Vinaigrette

Chicken thighs pack a lot more flavor than breasts and when grilled, you get an easy and satisfying chicken dinner. What makes this recipe so fantastic is the warm lemon vinaigrette drizzled on top. Easy, delicious, and exactly what your 4th of July needs.

    3. Juicy Lucy Cowgirl Cheeseburger

Burgers and hotdogs are always winners on the 4th of July, and if you really want to make America's Birthday epic, you must stuff your burger patty with all the cheese! This burger is the love child of the Minnesota Juicy Lucy and our Texas-style burger patty made with a combo of ground beef and breakfast sausage, chopped onions and bell peppers, and of course some heat with serrano chile peppers.

    5. Spicy Grilled Watermelon Salad

Is it even the 4th of July if there isn't a big ol' bowl of watermelon?? Watermelon and July 4th just seem to work... probably because it's always hot and watermelons are in season. Either way, watermelon is a necessity at our house! You could just cut up a watermelon if you want to be boring, OR you could be the life of the party and grill the watermelon to make this delicious salad! Your choice!
