Are you as pumped to celebrate the 4th of July like we are? This is actually one of our favorite holidays, mainly for all the delicious food and snackages! So, we put together a list of 5 of our grilling favorites to help you get ready for the holiday weekend! Here is our July 4th Grilling Recipe Roundup!

1. Juicy Lucy Cowgirl Cheeseburger
Burgers and hotdogs are always winners on the 4th of July, and if you really want to make America's Birthday epic, you must stuff your burger patty with all the cheese! This burger is the love child of the Minnesota Juicy Lucy and our Texas-style burger patty made with a combo of ground beef and breakfast sausage, chopped onions and bell peppers, and of course some heat with serrano chile peppers.

2. Spicy Grilled Watermelon Salad
Is it even the 4th of July if there isn't a big ol' bowl of watermelon?? Watermelon and July 4th just seem to work... probably because it's always hot and watermelons are in season. Either way, watermelon is a necessity at our house! You could just cut up a watermelon if you want to be boring, OR you could be the life of the party and grill the watermelon to make this delicious salad! Your choice!

3. Grilled Salmon with Passion Fruit Glaze
Maybe you want something a bit more classy this year. Let's be honest, we all were stuck inside for over a year, just sitting our in our sweats and we are finally getting back out into the world! So, we want to dress, and cook, to impress! Plank-grilled salmon is the answer! And of course the mascot flavor of summer, aka passion fruit, takes the salmon to a whole new level.

4. Chili Cheese Burgers
And, another burger! But we all need options in our lives! This 100% beef burger patty is seasoned with chili powder and mixed with roasted poblano and jalapeño peppers along with small cubes of cheddar cheese for a super juicy and cheesy bite every time!
